Worforce attrition is a continued issue in O&G. Unsupportive seniors are often sited as a key issue. I hoped that the new generation would be different 😔.

@WelshGasDoc I had this problem too, with a skeleton that I was the 4th gen of my family to take to med school. No one (colleges, med school, path museum) wanted it. I’ve done the sensible thing and donated it to a friend’s medical student daughter to delay the problem for another ~20 years

Our unit is *far* from perfect, but not giving the great bits of the job away to non doctors is a no brainer 🤦🏽‍♀️
