Today is a big deal — 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with pulmonary emboli, a lung infarct & pleural effusion. I’ve been on an anticoagulant & felt so much pain. This morning I ran 3.75 miles and felt amazing! I’m recovering… thank god. Just thought I’d share ❤️‍🩹🏃🏼‍♀️
