High elo League currently has a HUGE problem with scripters and people drophacking lobbies Drophacking basically means they can force any lobby to dodge without penalty - they don't want to play vs your composition? They crash the lobby. Someone even found out how to detect it.

@Boatish01 It'll still be 50% onhit reduced but it won't have the ranged penalty anymore, so BORK is 12% for melees, Urgot's W is 50% effective, you do 6,6,6,12 if you toggle which is 30% with BORK alone as opposed to it being 4% due to the ranged penalty tag also
