If you already earn 10x the salary of a teacher, I feel like you don't need the extra money, especially not at the cost of making of your wife severely unhappy.
This fandom has reached the Beehive moment of not being able to compete commercially (after one album 💀) so pretending her music is far better instead.
Except Olivia's music is nowhere near Bey's, let alone Tay's.
Critics no longer serve a purpose as to suggesting whether music is worth paying for in the streaming age. People find out for themselves.
The only purpose is to analyse now, but fans or reactors normally do a much better job of it. The job will be extinct soon, it's defunct.

The rest of the video is just the usual unfunny jokes used in every Taylor Swift parody since 2012 but that part is actually disgusting.

I think you can argue it fairly 50:50 whether she influenced trends or followed them. I don't see how having people want to write your songs means you've had impact? It just means your popular?

Taylor Swift ties Whitney Houston as the female artist with the most weeks at

in Billboard 200 history (46 weeks) and joins The Beatles as the only acts of all time to have five albums spend at least six weeks at
#1
.

If you were active as a critic during the release of Speak Now, Red and 1989 and didn't even think they were worth reviewing, then your opinion is never going to mean anything in Taylor spheres, and this goes for Pitchfork as well.
@PopCrave
No. It will make the charts far more homogenised. Radio allows many great songs that would otherwise get nowhere to be hits (Delicate, Praying, All time low, Feel it still, Sweet but psycho etc)
Year-end Hot 100 Chart (37/52)📊:

Tbf this is fair. Popular music has only existed for like 60 years, so they're keeping the top end of their rating scale free for better music in the (presumably infinite) future.
