I had a professor explain it that the East prosecuted the Nazis, but kept their institutions of the surveillance state, whereas the West dismantled the institutions, but kept all the Nazis.
I want this to be a shitshow of a White Sox season. I want TA charging Aroldis Chapman on the mound. I want Moncada getting busted by TMZ at an Indiana strip club. I want MVP Luis Robert. I want a 95 win season.
My theory is that when the White Sox let Jose Abreu walk, it sent a message to the rest of the players that the organization didn’t care about winning now.
I’m a big TA fan. Still am. This has been the year from Hell for him. But, after Abreu left, I expected him to pick up the mantle of leadership. Which he has not done, and I find that disappointing.

Because the people most interested in exacting meaningful political change would be felons, and the state doesn’t want that. (And they’re Black.)
Loudest and best Sox crowd reactions!
5. 9/30/08. The White Sox needed to beat a third different team in as many days to win the AL Central. The South Siders hosted the Twins in Game 163 in front of 40,354. A mammoth Jim Thome home run was all the Sox needed in the 1-0 win.

I’m sorry. “The overrepresentation of African Americans in the United States prison population persists well into the 21st Century.” Better?
I mean Occam’s Razor probably says that Hahn is a moron who keeps signing free agent outfielders who everyone else knows is past their prime or due for regression. But still. WTF.
My least favorite part of X is that, even if a good tweet goes even a little viral, the replies immediately become a cesspool of gibberish and people trying to sell shit.
If you’re new to this account just know that I fucking hate the New York Yankees with a deep and burning passion and I will not be reasonable or rational about it
