@TizzyEnt Same situation. Cramping, diarrhea...common during miscarriage...on toilet, lost the fetus. Lots of blood, plenty of tissue, more diarrhea. Told to flush, don't bring anything in, but come in to make sure I passed it all and didn't need a D&C. Traumatic, heart breaking and messy
