The player the Patriots should target as THE GUY this offseason is Tee Higgins. Higgins is a WR1, but won’t ever be that in CIN. He’s going into a contract year & CIN will soon be committing $70 million/season to Burrow & Chase. Will they pay another $20 million for Higgins?
