James Gunn is arguably the best of the MCU style directors. He’s got the quips, the colors, the action, and a bit of weirdness and storytelling chops and emotion, and eye for visuals. He just takes it to another level. I do get tho that some people just don’t like that style.

@TwittarJack TSS wasn't successful. It did awful even with coming out during the pandemic. The Conjuring 3 had the same hills to climb and did much better. The only reason Peacemaker etc is being pushed down everyone's throats is because WB thinks Gunn is a huge part of the MCU's success.
