EFF won Ward 9 in Saldanha Municipality in 2023, a ward with NO WATER, Electricity, Toilet (Basic Services) so because we don’t make promises but commitments when we campaign. EFF has donated 3 boreholes in the ward as temporary intervention to this inhumane act.
