One of the most obvious ways brands position themselves as luxury brands is by their premium pricing. You see a price tag and your brain automatically tells you what to expect in terms of how it’s made e.g. handcrafted or the material used e.g. genuine leather
I wanted a clever line about me being a sugar mama 😂 e padile…
Anyway, this is how our

trolleys look when we buy sugar to make the most delicious Gemere in the country ♥️🫶🏽🤍 thanks for the love guys!
Sometimes as a brand owner, you need to be realistic and honest about your principles and business model. We may not know how you make or source your products but you owe it to us to provide quality that matches what we pay for.
You don’t have to tell us that you buy wholesale from Shein and stick your label on it. If it works for you, that’s perfect. Then you have a cute little business there for yourself but what we don’t expect you to do is make us pay Gucci prices for Small Street quality
Another thing business owners need to take seriously is client feedback. What are the people who buy your products, saying about your products. For you to ignore them and act like it’s business as usual is actually you spitting in their face.

I also knew who you were through Anele’s show. I didn’t know much about you but the fact that you were there made you credible in my eyes. That did a lot for your brand. I followed you on Twitter because of that and I trusted your brand ever since.
Listen to customer feedback and make changes that will ensure you retain them as customers. Once you lose a customer’s trust, it’s not easy getting it back.
Guys, choose your partners wisely hey. "Nice time" e monate but e ka se go tlhokomele ga go tlhokagala. O tlhoka motho o emang ka maoto a go tshegetsa ka dinako tsotlhe...
Go bua nnete fela, dilo tsa dingwe di utlwisa botlhoko. Re ka bua ra re “don’t have expectations” mme fela fa o rata motho, le ena a re wa go rata, dilo tse dingwe wa di solofela. Le ka tsatsi la gago la matsalo motho a ska go direla sepe tota? Nnyaa a re tlogeleng, bagaetsho ♥️

I’ll just ask Koko Modiegi to make one for me. So there needs to be other ways to ensure that this doesn’t happen. It’s deeper than scrubs. How do you just walk into a hospital and start work? It’s a security issue and not a clothing issue.
Don’t worry about repeating yourself when marketing your business. The average consumer needs to see your message at least 7 times before they take action.
Repeating your message is essential!
