A rainy day in Brooklyn led to a new project. An AR pinout overlay using the Metro M7 board from Adafruit. This was built in SwiftUI and UIViewRepresentable to merge UIKit views. It tracks well if I say so myself!

Experiment #2 : The overlay for the pi 400 in @Adafruit AR is tracking pretty nicely. You’d think that since the #pi400 larger than a small PCB it’d be easier to recognize with #ARKit ...nope. Either way, it was cool getting this working. #100DaysOfCode

@pashynnyk It doesn't track well when the referenced board is connected to modules. However, there is a feature that allows you to create a location anchor in AR space where you can set your pinouts anywhere.

@lak0tnik I made the reference image easier to identify by increasing the contrast of the image. Using a larger image to track and reference images with less details is ideal for less jitter. From what I’ve found - with the combination of these other factors, having the reference image
