@MrHarryCole @amylame Bearing in mind that it costs £15 an hour for kitchen fans alone. All the fridges, lights, heating etc this is before salaries. If it’s a very quiet night, hospitality now closes. It’s quiet because no one has a money. I don’t think you get it.
