I'm really, REALLY sick of waking up to finding out my employer did something unbelievably offensive. I was so happy about the LGBT icons and our Pride month messaging, but to turn around and partner with a political leader of a country who punishes homosexuality with death.

Weird how when we announce new events for amateurs, schools, local communities etc, we don't hear broad complaints about resources being "wasted" that should go to pros. When we announce events supporting women, POC, etc, suddenly everyone's concerned about our budget. 🤔

@npcSara The reality is that (I/Riot) believes that gender doesn't create a functional difference in esports ability, so the reason there aren't as many women/NBs/other genders in esports is societal. The long-term vision is that these events exist until they're no longer needed.

I don't talk about my body too much, but I'm very proud to share that I'm below 200lbs for the first time since 2021! Down 16 pounds since October with better eating and portion control. Short-term has never been too hard for me, but this is the longest I've stayed consistent!
