The guidance is clear - Daily exercise should be taken locally to your home. Under government guidance all travel is limited to essential travel only. Travelling by car to open spaces away from your local area for your exercise is not essential travel.
Please do not drive to Rickmansworth Aquadrome for your daily exercise. If large numbers continue to drive to this location the car park may have to be closed
The resumption of the usual pattern of collections will be as follows:
Week beginning 27 April – refuse, food waste pods and recycling
Week beginning 4 May – recycling, food waste pods and garden waste.

This is around 6 months of soft plastics for me and is mostly made up of bread bags and crisp packets!
From 28 August, Rickmansworth High Street will be closed from Church Street to Station Road between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday and from 10am Saturday opening at 6am on Monday.

High quality of parks and green spaces in Three Rivers recognised in Green Flag Awards
Four parks and green spaces across Three Rivers have been awarded Green Flag status in recognition of their high environmental, maintenance and visitor standards.
This order arrived at Three Rivers Food Hub on Thursday morning. By the afternoon this had been organised into emergency food packs for 28 families (over 112 people) and delivered. These food packs were supplemented by the generous donations we receive from members of the public
We are aware of Mason Bees that are burying into the side of the sandpit at Barton Way play area. We are currently looking into the best way to manage the bees. Posters will be going up on display in the park.

Leisure centres across Three Rivers are backing the petition to keep gyms open and are pushing to be recognised as an ‘essential service’ amid month-long closures due to the second lockdown.
“Today (1 February) we have made the decision to temporarily close the whole of Rickmansworth Aquadrome with immediate effect as a result of flooding caused by heavy rain and snow over the past week. The closure includes the car park and Ebury play area.
BIN COLLECTIONS UPDATE
For the remainder of this heatwave, the crews are being allowed to start a little earlier to enable them to have less to do in the heat if the day.This is a genuine health and safety response, which will also ensure collections can be completed.
