they missed the mark again. pharah's RANGED boop is already better than lucio boop. pharah has high dps with high mobility and quiet sound effects. hp nerf isn't enough when you consistently nerf every hitscan in the game but hey at least ramm got nerfed

@shepherd_ow @fogiibear I think it's more along the lines of - if you're a 4.4k support, and only a 3.7k tank: don't play tank when your role got placed at 4.3k. The role queue beta's mmr is messed up, and sometimes you're higher for no reason. :)

@Laser_FPS There's a time and place for either approach. Before tournament day or in a performance scrim, it's important to be adaptable and practice that skill. When the team is struggling, or you're still refining previous concepts, playstyle and consistency is important.
