Problems: many many! I was on track to wrapping this project up today but ran into a bunch of unexpected problems near the end. Should be good to go by tomorrow though™!

Quest to hentai 8: Cloth sim woes
The animation's coming along nicely and I wanted to post a sneak peak but when I enabled cloth sims for the first time, it said "naww son, sit back down" haha
I should figure out a solution by tomorrow and finish everything by the end of the week

Probably should've posted some progress reports but felt like I should've finished everything first. I needa get out of that mindset, WIPs exist for a reason haha

Pepperoni secret: I used a ring of bones with shrinkwrap bone constraints like this. It requires a good amount of weight painting, and the larger the object, the more refined the weights need to be to prevent clipping.
Quest to hentai 3:
Hand rig and palm squish, to better grip you with.
These bones allow for better palm deformations at the base of the fingers. Hands and fingers sure are tricky

Pretty happy so far with the progress on the face controls. It could use some more work but I think it's finally time to animate something with her!

Finally, here we go! This animation seems pretty ambitious now that it's been fleshed out in detail, especially with it being my first hentai animation, but I really wana make it happen! We'll never grow if we don't take on new challenges, right?! 💪
Aight this animation is taking me much longer than it should be so I better finish it by this weekend haha.

Sorry for the lack of updates. My mental state's been in the gutter this past week worrying about a rash that showed up a week after a tick bite. Went to the doctor's and got antibiotics for it yesterday so my mind's at ease now. Touching grass is scary. Please be safe out there
Sorry for the long absence. It's been a while since I started working on this animation and I've been doing some self reflecting as to why my progress has been so slow. It boiled down to lack of planning, a workflow/pipeline that wasn't as good as I thought it was, -

The shrinkwrap bones are parented to a single bone that copies the location(single axis) of the target object for the gliding motion. Before the shrinkwrap bone constraint comes action constraints for the mouth lip sync(AEIOU) shapes. That's the gist of it
and burnout from working on just one project for so long. I've already made changes and plans to address them. If it works out, wips and finished animations should be more frequent going forward. And if it doesn't, well, back to the drawing board haha
The next one will be an actual hentai animation, I promise haha. Made a long list of changes that need to be made while working on this, but I hope to get through them all by the end of the week to start the next one!
I may have caused a power surge while trying to render out my project haha. Guess I can cross that off the bucket list

This exact look probably won't make it into the final render, but I'd like to render another version afterwards where the hair physics just rip and do their thing. It really gives off a different look and feel with some angles
Making clothes sure is rough. Learned a lot in the process though!
This is the node tree for the shirt material. Most of it is for the stitches. I feel like I need to find a better way of going about adding stitching/seams haha

I've been stuck doing mostly maintenance work since my mouse died. Got it replaced earlier last week though, wew. I've overhauled my outliner for the general pipeline of animation projects so my workflow for future projects should be smoother now!
