typically this is where one would plug their Soundcloud/YouTube, but forget about my stuff, you guys should rewatch this show!!
Disney has a ton of DVDs of the show still available to buy (PLEASE GIVE US A DIGITAL RELEASE THO)
I'm gonna mute this thread for a lil bit bc I have orientation into my college program tomorrow, but it's so heartwarming to see so much love for this show come up again!!
y'all have an awesome night!
the funniest thing about every bit of news from the Hercules remake is how they're trying to justify trying to be "more experimental in tone" or "more modern" when the OG was a huge experiment and lampooned on stuff like celebrity endorsements/merchandising still relevant today
can confidently say with how literally ZERO PERCENT of my channel uses that garbage designed app that the Made for Kids guidelines are literally WORTHLESS and fuck over creators than do good for 'em.
One more reply for now!!
Bear's puppeteer
@NoelMacNeal
is currently fundraising a new series called THE SHOW ME SHOW, which you help can support here!!
I think the most bizzare thing about AEG for me is (looking back on some eps for my Ramblings vid), in spite of how goofy as hell and wacky it gets, it somehow got the one thing both BWBA and 95% of the Nitrogen era nearly/completely missed:
A genuine heart
Aardman is running out of clay and have only got enough to make the next ‘WALLACE & GROMIT’ film.
The studio that usually provides them with clay has been shut down.

so every once in a while it's brought up that David Mitton owned a tugboat, so how come I've only found out now that he not only owned a second tug but a whole ass tugboat company LITERALLY named after the main fleet of his series
A little animation test I did with

late night addendum to my recent thread but its bonkers how Escape was almost set at Brendam (or at least a flashback or something with it) to the point of the scrapyard BEING built
@ChristianAttrel
I think Noel said in his Defunctland interview that they "ran its course" (they filmed a grand total of 120), and without Lynne Thigpen, it'd be tough to bring the whole cast back
a bit sad since they bought Bear when they bought the Muppets
everyone tryng to act like Thomas' main appeal around the world was 100% being realistic and acting it wasn't for kids is funny when you remember we had stories like "Thomas crashes into the local stationmaster's house during breakfast and the latter is the wife's big concern"
not to sound like one of those Twitter accounts, but the fact the whole Cow and Chicken pilot was animated by the creator himself (David Fiess) is worth discussion
Just remembering how the first legitimate villain in Bob the Builder was a green-eyed rival who was emotionally and verbally abusive towards his team, gaslit them into doing their dirty work or keeping quiet, and was willing to potentially destroy a city to disgrace his rival
@MEdwardsVA
I remember someone uploaded a YTV Christmas tape a while back (back when they had these puppets for the afterschool block called the Grogs) and if someone can unearth it, I'd be a happy man bc THAT SHIT WAS FUNNY
