Your highest-finishing 2022 #Daytona500 rookie was Jacques Villeneuve. The 1995 Indy 500 and 1997 Formula One World Champion finished 22nd. Gragson (31st), Gilliland (33rd) and Burton (39th) crashed out. Again, Austin Cindric ran last year's 500.

Stumbled on an article from Auto Racing Daily where it says that Brendan Gaughan told SiriusXM NASCAR Radio that after running all four superspeedway races in 2020, he'll call it a day in NASCAR. This is due to having no interest of running the 2021 car.
