I had a great time joining
@FoxNews
last night to talk about Republicans embracing early vote methods, and why we need to keep our foot on the gas heading into November.
Watch the interview below:
Proud of our candidates and team for their work in VA this cycle. Thanks to their hard work, all three of our winning candidates,
@KimTaylor_VA
@JasonBallardVA
and
@WrenWilliamsVA
outperformed expectations and helped to establish a GOP majority in the VA House. Read more here:
Near perfect campaign run by
@KimTaylor_VA
, our talented staff at
@JLKPolitical
, & our great vendors.
Hat tip to CM
@iantparish
who defied political gravity yet again & won one of the toughest races in VA.
Our unique approach worked & I can’t wait to share how we did it soon.
🚨BREAKING:
After a week of canvassing, the Dept. of Elections concluded what we knew on election night: our campaign won. I am thankful for the support our campaign received before & after Election Day. I look forward to getting back to work for our District.

We appreciate the help, of course, but I wanted to add a little clarification here.
HD 82 has, far and away, the most low-propensity (0-2/4 General Election), soft-Republican voters of any of these targeted house races in Virginia. 🧵 (1/7)
I wanted to take a moment to just look back on the last year. Really proud of everything we are doing at JLK political, and especially proud of
@JasonBallardVA
,
@WrenWilliamsVA
, &
@KimTaylor_VA
, who were each sworn in this weekend. Let’s keep it going.
Our big takeaway in this election is that Taylor's campaign was rewarded by focusing significant resources towards turning out low-prop Republican voters. In these tough Virginia districts, there is no path to a majority in 2025 without them. (7/7)
“There were no new ideas, no new policies, and nothing new about the direction of the country or what policies Democrats are going to enact going forward.”

It’s been a hell of a year. Proud of the year we had at JLK Political, from winning special elections, competitive primaries, and top targeted seats to moving into our office in downtown Richmond. The best is yet to come.
We had a huge week at
@JLKPolitical
this week! I’m very proud of our excellent candidates, talented staff, and of their tremendous successes across the Commonwealth.
JLK Political Strategies experienced historic results in tonight's Republican Primary.
Congratulations to
@NewCraigforVA
,
@WrenWilliamsVA
, and
@MikeDillenderVA
on their historic wins tonight. We are proud of you and look forward to helping you win in November!
JLK Political had a record year, and because of that, we are expanding. We are looking to hire a communication assistant to support our political and corporate clients. Information below:

From running aggressive field operations, to implementing targeted mail programs & tactical TV messaging, to handling attacks from the left on social issues, I’m looking forward to breaking everything down.
We’re proud to announce that JLK CEO

We’re excited for the opportunity to share the strategy behind our big electoral wins this year & how to win in 2024!
Thank you to
@capitolcanary
for having me on their webinar today! It was great speaking with Lea Sulkala and
@ndesarno
on how to effectively communicate with Congress.
We knew that Del. Taylor could not win re-election without a strong showing from these low-prop soft Republicans.
In early October, we saw early-voting dominated by high-prop, hard-R voters — Republicans that typically always vote on Election Day — most likely targeted by SOVA.
As an alumni, it’s appalling that
@uofmaryland
allowed
@algore
to bash
@POTUS
in the
#umdgrad
commencement speech. Al went down a left-wing rabbit hole, far below the office he once served. UMD get a clue, not all of your grads, alumni, and donors have these extreme views.

This week our team pulled off an incredible victory. In a 24 hour period, our staff and vendors came together to pull off a 14 vote victory in the 48th District special election.
We are proud of
@ericphillipsva
and we look forward helping him win the general!
Congratulations to
@EricPhillipsVA
on his victory in tonight’s 48th House of Delegate District Mass Meeting. Tonight’s nomination was determined by a 14-vote margin.
We look forward to getting Eric through the general election and giving Republicans a strong leader in Richmond.
So our campaign called an audible and dedicated 6 figures towards aggressive GOTV that targeted these low-prop, soft R's who typically sit out for non-federal and non-gubernatorial election years. (4/7)
“There’s common sense and there’s campaign sense,” Keady said. “And they’re not the same thing.”

In a span of 4 weeks, we hit these voters over 30 times between mail, texts, live calls, and door-to-door canvassing. Our GOTV operation used data-driven methods like social pressure to compel these voters to go to the polls. (5/7)
We saw that early-voting was “cannibalizing” these high-prop reliable Republican voters — basically moving them from the Election Day bucket to the Early Voting bucket. (3/7)
“The successes that we had in these races this cycle, & last cycle came from an aggressive ground program, targeting those same voters with mail, & optimizing those same voters with digital & TV & radio,” Keady told
@C_and_E
.

While presidential primaries are nearly always the Wild West when it comes to testing new tactics, campaigns down ballot will likely need a renewed focus on fundamentals heading into '24.

New: Many House Republicans who objected to the election results and those who voted for impeachment raised big $$ in the first quarter, largely powered by individual donors.

It was a pleasure talking to

One of the most important jobs of any Member office is to communicate their work back to constituents in their district.

Starting 2024 off strong! In January, our communications department secured more than 80 earned media placements for our clients.
Earned media is an integral part of any campaign. We have a great team in place to deliver for our clients and help them get their message out.
The new year is off to a record start! In January alone, we garnered 80+ earned media placements in some of the largest national outlets.
We look forward to continuing to help our clients navigate the rapidly changing news cycle & share their message with a broad audience!
We are so proud of

Special elections are always tricky. But when you have a candidate who talks about the issues and a campaign team that can organize voters, you can win and exceed expectations.
Last night,
@EricPhillipsVA
overperformed Donald Trump and Glenn Youngkin in the HD-48 Special Election - he even won Biden +27 Martinsville by 12 percent.
We are proud of Eric and proud of the campaign he ran. Focusing on the issues that matter to voters wins elections.
“
@GlennYoungkin
has set out to do what he said he was going to do and he’s getting done the agenda that he ran on, and that’s first and foremost education,” Mr. Keady said
