@Camp4 I have some loose screws. I travel with my family (2 kids) 6-8 months every year to different countries to worldschool them. We slow travel blending with local communities and travelers. I think the world is the school. People are the school.

Every year I go on a BIG adventure with my family (kids are 6 and 14). The last ones: • Tent Camping in National parks for 2 months + hikes. • A 5 month trip to different countries. • Scuba diving with my girl in the Red Sea. • Camping in the Sahara desert. •

@SahilBloom I’ve had my phone on grayscale for months (If I change to color it feels weird) As soon as I wake up, I think of 3 things I’m grateful for (no phone either). I open windows and observe nature for a few minutes. Then I start my day.

10 years ago, I was a burnout medical doctor (not following my own advice): - Not exercising - Eating whatever I could find - Sleeping a few hours - Meditating sometimes - Working long hours But I wanted a long healthy life (I'm sure you do to). ⬇️
