If you’re not on
@getairchat
Please do. You’re missing out on:
1. Thoughtful conversations
2. Valuable (and free) advice from amazing people.
3. Connection
I’ve been fascinated listening to
@naval
and
@ToKTeacher
.
It feels like I’m sitting on the table next to them.
@Camp4
I have some loose screws.
I travel with my family (2 kids) 6-8 months every year to different countries to worldschool them.
We slow travel blending with local communities and travelers.
I think the world is the school. People are the school.
@SahilBloom
Love shows up in your words. Because you’re loved.
Beautiful story.
I lost my dad when I was 13.
But his love and presence is with me. Shaping the human, the mom and the doctor I’m today.

@wordsofworth7
Life happens.
Humans tend to think you have all the control.
You have control over your perspective and actions.
Nothing else.
@SahilBloom
We need to make families and communities stronger.
Not say hello and talk about the weather.
But to deeply know we are there for each other.
I worldschool with my family. We have found those strong communities in other countries.
There’re a lot to learn from each other.
Most people start to value their Life near their Death.
Do this instead:
- Fill you time with incredible experiences (you'll remember forever)
- Fill your heart with people you love
- Fill your brain with knowledge (never stop learning)
Make your life count.
Every year I go on a BIG adventure with my family (kids are 6 and 14).
The last ones:
• Tent Camping in National parks for 2 months + hikes.
• A 5 month trip to different countries.
• Scuba diving with my girl in the Red Sea.
• Camping in the Sahara desert.
•
@SahilBloom
I’ve had my phone on grayscale for months (If I change to color it feels weird)
As soon as I wake up, I think of 3 things I’m grateful for (no phone either).
I open windows and observe nature for a few minutes.
Then I start my day.
Become healthier to win time:
Time to love
Time to grow
Time to enjoy
Time to create
Time to explore
Time to make the best out of the ONE life you got.

1. Go deep instead of wide.
2. A community misses you - if you’re missing.
3. People join communities for human connection - transformation.
4. Create a clear purpose/unifying believe.
I’m a lost doctor (with a creator inside).
A creator that is knocking my door.
But I don’t know how to answer.
You know doctors. We spend years and years in med school.
Once you’re done. You’re a beginner. It takes time (and effort) to built a reputation.
But I did it.
Life’s a game:
• Have fun
• Learn-Try-Iterate
• Do what you enjoy
• Focus on relationships
• Get out of your comfort zone
Explore. Grow. Laugh. Repeat.
Life’s about exploration.
Intensity. Passion.
Dig deep. Understand who your are.
Dig out. Share what you learn.
I want to know you.
I want to learn from you.
This is what I think:
1. Traveling is awesome. Why?
You can reinvent yourself everyday, no backstory, no one knows you.
See yourself in others, other with different story, and learn.
You can explore the outdoors within this planet, and within you.
Today’s my birthday.
And these are my 3 wishes:
1. Health
(Always my first wish)
But this birthday means even more. My mom will have spine surgery tomorrow.
I want her to be healthy to spend more time being a grandma to my kids (and keep baking the best chocolate cake in
Want to find the extraordinary version of yourself?
• Know who you are
• Define your purpose - follow it
• Master your habits
• Take action
Push your limits and you’ll become unstoppable.
Know Who you are.
Learn to see things about you in other people.
Including the ones that you think you have nothing in common.
We’re all mirrors to each other.
Use that to uncover yourself.
The best moments of your life flow easy.
You live them without realizing they will stick in your memory.
They give you clarity. They guide your path.
They create your story.
They create your life.

@AliAbdaal
9 and 10.
Two more that I apply:
- Be open to learn from people who have a different story- life - background.
- Be kind and loving overall. With youself and others. Life will open doors.
Your value is NOT in your bio/title
I “am” a doctor (MD)
But I’m not - I’m Itzel.
Don’t let society rank you based on your:
• Bio
• Title
• Job
• Success
• Income
Your value is within you.
Most people never live their dream life
4 years ago, I decided to not be one of them.
My dream? World travel with my kids.
That year we started traveling 7-8 months every year.
I’m still working on my purpose.
But meanwhile, I’m living my dream life.

1. Find your voice: Remain true to yourself
2. Write in the way you speak
3. Create content that focus on the outcome (for him: quality - helpful - applicable)
4. Write for yourself
5. Play the long
Take control of your morning routine.
And let the Magic happen.
• Journal
• Meditate
• Drink water
• Stretch/Exercise
• Be grateful
What else do you do?
STOP doing what society tells you to do:
You can live the life you dream
You can do what you love
You can have your own schedule
You can have the job that you want
You can have the peace that you need
Be that person you're meant to BE.
Traveling is an opportunity.
An opportunity to reinvent yourself.
Without a background.
Without a story.
A blank space to fill - with who you want to be.
7 health habits of successful entrepreneurs:
1. Sleep 7-8 hr
2. Eat healthy
3. Exercise/lift
4. Meditate/Journal
5. Time to connect
6. Time outdoors (sunlight)
7. Track your progress
Prioritize health.
But don’t expect perfection.
This is a long game of ACTION -
You don’t need suffer your Job (Don’t repeat my mistake)
Go find your:
• Passion
• Dreams
• Creativity
Remember how it felt when you where a kid ~ playing your favorite game?
Go find (or create) a job that makes you feel that ~ Again.
This is the framework I use to stop overthinking:
I ask a simple question.
Will this matter in 20 years?
NO —> Make a quick decision (It’s not that important)
YES —> Stop overthinking and follow your intuition. You already know the answer.
More action - less thinking
Happiness isn’t a goal
Happiness is made of moments
Moments of profound peace
A loud laugh
A deep breath
A presence that reliefs
your pain
A challenge
Stop the search
You already have it.
~ You can change reality ~
How you perceive reality is relative.
Relative to your story. Experiences. Environment.
If you where born in another time. Another country.
In a different situation. With different experiences.
You reality would be different.
You can’t
10 years ago, I was a burnout medical doctor (not following my own advice):
- Not exercising
- Eating whatever I could find
- Sleeping a few hours
- Meditating sometimes
- Working long hours
But I wanted a long healthy life (I'm sure you do to).
