Call and cancel the appointment. If it's an appointment for you then they can't make you go. Tell your parent the appointment was moved then never bring it up again.

This is exactly what all those companies that make foods with 60% of your daily sodium 75% of your daily carbs and no other nutritional value want you to think.

Her skin looks super normal. This is just matte foundation in unfavorable lighting conditions. When I was a makeup artist I would always tell people to stay away from matte finish if they are going to have candid pics taken. Some skin textures though need matte foundation.

If anything, poor nutrition is what pushes people into eating disorders and ignoring/hiding nutrition isn't going to get people better educated on it.

Things like this solidify my belief a lot of people work with kids not because they want to help them grow, but because they wanna be someone's bully.
People are like "I would never get grifted by a cult!" Not me though I'll do literally anything for attention. Shave my head and only eat fruit? No problem captin. As long as someone pretends they wanna listen to my music and see the pictures I drawed.
@boneymaloneyy
I really like 2, but if you are anything like me you will be dropping weight until day of and 2 needs accurate alterations to look it's best. So I'm going to go with 1 because it's going to look good no matter what, also pockets.

Food waste is largely a commercial and ultra wealthy problem even if we were all super well behaved and avoided all spoilage and trashing at home it would still be an enormous issue. If you have to toss the whole fridge 1 or 2 times a year you're doing better than 1 rich person!
@kiwirexic
The ana's who made the ABC had less tech access than us. We can count our calories much more closely so a lot of these old graphics of diets were calorie goals made by people without a digital scale or a phone app to help them count so their counts were totally wack.
🏳️⚧️Reminder I'm trans and most of my favorite moots are trans and if you think gender identity is a topic for debate go find someone not as cool as me to follow. 🏳️⚧️
I'm going to lose 50lbs more and it's all going to float by like a dream 🤍 I deserve to be perfect 🤍 I deserve the social capital that comes with beauty 🤍 I deserve to feel happy with my transition 🤍 I deserve people looking up to me 🤍

It's only toxic to like for example block your sister or other significant person in your life with no discussion. It's normal to meet a stranger not like what you see and not want any kind of communication with them. You weren't born on this earth to entertain the masses.
Human companionship sounds really appealing, but also totally unattainable. I have to hide how I eat which has become a much more extreme issue that it used to be before you could just be like "Oh I'm dieting." But that is not a good thing to confess to in '23
I'm so jealous of people who *think* they are ugly. Like you can recover from that. You never get to recover from actually being ugly and body positivity stands in the way of even letting you embrace being ugly.
@mirubunnie
Talking about nutrition is so important. Especially as we start to see things trend in the direction of ignoring it. Companies who make junk think we should ignore when one food item has 65% of your daily carbs. It's very difficult to fit food like that into a healthy diet.
People who get upset by other people sharing "tips" are really of the mindset that eating disorders are a temporary vanity issue. When in reality this will likely be people's entire lives and a lot of these perceived "tips" are harm reduction that will keep you from dying.
