Thanks for the heads-up. Definitely crisp, and I’m glad the team logos are added, but I kind of hate all the cartoonish effects that came with it. The “hand-drawn underline” possession indicator, tilted logos with script team names, and textured backgrounds are a no for me.

ESPN has updated the shot counters on their NHL scorebug! There is now only one central “Shots” label instead of the two redundant labels, and the counters seem to be showing up nearly all of the time that the bug is displayed, rather than only being shown occasionally.

This is a new one. During the intermission after triple overtime in this Minnesota-Clarkson game on ESPN+, a commercial froze and the screen displayed “ASIS Offline,” then cut to this test pattern(?) with “GOODNIGHT” in Morse code scrolling across the bottom. 😵‍💫
