I haven't drank in 12 days. I'm not drinking for New Year's either. I'm better off when I don't. More productive, and writing more I started '23 at a GaS show. I had like 200 followers and didn't talk to nobody. I've engaged w/ alot of people since. I'm thankful for you all ❤️

I lost 60lbs since June I started on my exercise bike doing 15 mins 2.5 miles and got to 45 mins nonstop and doing over 7 miles for the last 3 weeks.
