The mini-bus was loaded with food parcels. Deliveries now made to some of our families across Atherstone and into Nuneaton. It was lovely to chat to some of our parents and see how some of our pupils are getting on.
School closure. Following the severe weather conditions experienced and more forecast over night/tomorrow morning, I have decided to close TQEA on grounds of student, parent and staff welfare, especially during travel.
Congratulations to the the students of TQEA who have yet again achieved fantastic results which look set to place us well above National Average in key performance measures.

According to Department for Education figures, our Progress 8 score of +0.34 puts TQEA amongst the top 30% of schools nationally. A fantastic achievement for our students, staff and community.

For Armed Forces week we have planted a tree in preparation for remembrance in our nurture garden. We aim to make it a real focal point for reflecting on the sacrifice generations of armed forces personnel have made. Thank you to our students for their digging and planting.

Jessica, Year 7, was crowned English Taekwondo Champion on Sunday in her age group and category. Jess won Gold for patterns and Bronze for sparring. What a great achievement.
