was born OTD in 1895 in Baltimore, MD. Seen here in 1930 w/his fellow HOF'er teammates Bill Dicky & Lefty Gomez, we added the color to bring them all to life! In 1930 Ruth hit .359/49/153 w/150R, had a .493 OBP, a .732 SLG, a 1.225 OPS, & led MLB in BB w/136!

'er Josh Gibson, seen here w/teammate Rafael Pedroso in 1938 joined the Leopardos de Santa Clara in the Cuban Winter League. He hit .356 w/11 HRs (new League HR record previously held by HOF'er Mule Suttles w/7) & scored 50 R's in 163 AB's!

We brought this iconic b&w photo of USMC Captain Ted Williams to life in color! Taken in 1952 as he was called back to Active Duty & was getting refresher training Stateside in a F4U Corsair before transitioning to jets (F9F Panthers) & deploying to the Korean War. Semper Fi!

OTD in 1910 White Sox Park opens with a 2-0 loss to the Browns. The stadium, which becomes known as Comiskey Park c. 1913, cost $750,000 to build. We took 2 separate 1915 images, merge into a more complete image, restored/repaired it, & brought it to life in color. One-of-a-kind.

'er Josh Gibson passed away in Pittsburgh from a stroke @ 35. The greatness of his offense & defense is legendary. The impact of his legacy will grow the more he is brought to life for all (a primary goal of ours for 2022!). We do so here w/adding color to 1935.
One of the greatest in a long line of great Texan flamethrowers, "Smokey" Joe Williams (seen here w/New York Lincoln Giants in 1916 @ age 30 ) had a storied 23 year career. We had to bring him to life in color! A Hall of Famer you should make time to know.
