Fukushima-grown peaches received high reputation from concerned parties of the baseball team at Tokyo Olympic 2020 held last year. Therefore, on July 29, JA ZEN-NOH Fukushima presented those peaches to the Embassy of the Dominican Republic again this year.
Please stay away from downed power lines and objects in contact with downed power lines. Power lines might be live even in areas where power is lost, and touching them could lead to serious accident, such as electrocution.
At the Fukushima Daiichi NPS, fuel removal progress at the Unit 3 spent fuel pool has exceeded 50%. (287/566 fuel assemblies removed as of August 3)
Going forward, we shall continue this task with the aim of completing fuel removal by the end of FY2020.
