Oct. 4th, Director General Bill Huang was privileged, to meet with Dr. Beverly Wendland, Executive Vice Chancellor, and Dr. Vijay Ramani, Vice Provost. They discussed ways to facilitate closer cooperation between top universities in Taiwan and Washington University St. Louis.

DG Bill Huang and Director Andrea Yang of TECO in Houston held a small gathering with TSA. Young generations are the driving force for progress. We hope that these youngsters will be the force stimulating Taiwan's continued progress in the future.
DG Bill Huang and Director Adrea Yang were delighted to meet with exchange scholars and students to Taiwan at WashU, hoping more US scholars and students choose Taiwan as their destinations for research, language-learning and degrees in the coming years .
Team TECO in Denver and Education Division of TECO in Houston met with State Representatives Doug Clements and Jim Murphy. They exchanged views on various issues, such as how to deepen U.S.-TW security cooperation to deter authoritarian expansionism etc
Director General Bill Huang was more than happy to attend and speak at the reception honoring the 113th National Day of the R.O.C. (Taiwan) held by Taiwan-America Friendship Association in Kansas.
DG Bill Huang spoke w/ political science students and faculty in University of Kansas (KU). He delineated from geopolitics, regional security, global supply chain perspectives to highlight why Taiwan matters. Students who’ve studied in Taiwan shared their inspiring experience.

DG Bill Huang was honored to attend the 10th IROWG meeting, seeing up close how the close cooperation between the US n TW have contributed to the advancement of atmospheric science and lower earth orbit satellites technology over the years through many ongoing projects.
