@KattenEUW I really don't see the issue here. It's extremely convenient for new, returning and casual players. And those above that level can still freely fine tune and optimize their runes, jungle pathing etc. Even the ward timer is hardly different from a ping and a quick chat message.

@YgoAnon Those kind of terms just don't work for Yu-Gi-Oh. You could differentiate between ftks and regular combo as well as regular control and full on stun. But Aggro and midrange just aren't a thing to the degree they are in other card games. Mainly for the lack of a mana curve.

We need to stop thinking about skill in card games as this one dimensional metric that is measurable. More interaction means more choices, but it also makes those choices less meaningful in the long run. Many "simple" decks give you much less room for error.

Nah, let's have that debate. Decks with more choices take more skill. Decks that don't run interaction almost always have fewer choices than decks that do. You play out units, and they all have generally the same effect for their cost. Note, temp buffs count as interaction.
