@audhinafh Perhaps, but "Anda wajib" sounds a bit entitled It's like stooping down to their level "Maaf, ini dengan perusahaan apa ya?" Or even "Ini dengan perusahaan apa ya?" Can work just fine without sounding overtly polite nor coming off as a tad bit rude
