LAC have started construction of a new 80x20meter indoor running track in the grounds of St Mel's College. The track will also have long and high jump facilities. Construction started on Monday and is planned to be finished by Christmas.

Our new soccer pitch had the first mowing today since an extensive drainage job was completed costing €42,000. The pitch will be able to host all our home soccer games when school sport resumes. Thanks to Senator Micheal Carrigy for his help in procuring a Capital Sports Grant .

Emergency Works taking place on Study Hall Building Under the Department of Education & Skills Emergency Works there is work presently taking place on the Study Hall repairing areas which have deteriorated over more than 100 years since it was built.
