His football was dreadful, if the board didn’t act now we would keep dropping down the league. This gives us a chance the club are trying to build a brand get more fans in. Gates were dropping.

The recruitment has been poor overall even though on paper looked decent. We seem to have a squad that just has not gelled as a unit. No pace or creativity and no drive or leadership.
