@ScienceGuys_ The pilot isn't rotation around a line. Instead the pilot is doing the outer edge of an O like shape. The acceleration from doing that O makes the gravity that holds the liquid down. Which is always out, away from the center of the O. The pilot is VERY skilled at this.
