@afrieirham_ Depend on the 120k loan repayment term. If you have to pay it within 7 years. You still get an extra RM 771 per month compared to staying at the 3.2k job. So take the 6k job, and within 7 years hopefully, you perform and got raise or jump to better pay job.

Nope. Personally worked as Project Engineer/Manager in Oil & Gas for 4 years. This is Project Management, not Product Management. They finalized the scope & exact spec before project start. They are using Primavera and Microsoft Project, not Jira. Waterfall work for project

Personally Product Management is new & rising field so it is a long career play. Let’s use Setel as example: 1. Associate Product Manager: RM 3K~5.4K/m 2. Product Manager: RM 6.1K~8.3K/m 3. Senior Product Manager: RM 8K~15.7K/m I think it is well paid; almost as much as dev/coder

Tahu nilai sejam kerja penting. Contoh kalo gaji anda RM 7,500 sebulan, sejam anda bernilai RM 43. So pasni kalau kena beratur or buat something, senang nak decide. Spend dua to tiga jam utk tebas semak kt rumah? Kalau bayar org RM 43 je. Anda da jimat dua jam. Time = money.
