Hi. Twenty-three days following my successful breast augmentation… I was back in the hospital for a laparoscopic gallbladder removal. Simultaneous recoveries are _no joke_. Especially since laughing is PAINFUL right now.

@AriDrennen It’s funny that Dr. P had a very good realization a while ago about dysphoria. If someone was truly “only AGP” and started getting medicine, theoretically if it was wrong for them their dysphoria would kick in and tell them to stop. Give people the chance to try for themselves.

I am happier on the whole since starting transitioning. However, it feels almost as if I have that much extra pressure to “project happy”, to almost prove that I’m transgender to the ones around me. It gets wearing after some time, honestly. Still trans though.

@AriDrennen Thank you. I managed to get through my childhood, 20s, and half my 30s and yes, had happy times. I filled my life with distractions, “coped”, and also lacked the vocabulary to understand my issues at the time. I am trans all the same. There is no true trans path.

Day three of recovery. Also day twenty-six of recovery. I am feeling at least well enough to find some of the best parts of myself, even if I am still not completely pain-free. At least this gives me hope because I'm not even halfway through all of what I have planned for 2022.
