Fr Dermott has sadly died aged 55 from a mysterious illness after collapsing at his church in Newcastle. He was a priest for 30 years and was the brother of Dec from Ant and Dec. May he rest in the peace of Christ whom he served as priest.

RELICS OF ST THERESE VISIT BARLINNIE PRISON. In an historic visit, the relics of St Therese of Lisieux entered Barlinnie prison Glasgow today. Archbishop Tartaglia led Holy Mass attended by around 90 prisoners who were able to venerate the relics afterwards.
