We are deeply shocked and saddened at the news of the loss of former pupil Adam Simms on Friday. Our prayers go to Adam’s family and friends. Adam was always so full of life and energy. A very talented sportsman and a very polite and well-mannered young man. A tragic loss.
Well done to all
@SJNBrigg

Pleased to be recognised as the best secondary school in the local area and in the top 5 best schools in North Lincs in the very latest Real Schools Guide. Here’s the low-down on schools if you’re a Year 6 parent. Please share! 👍
School is closed today due to adverse weather conditions affecting travel into Brigg and Health and Safety concerns onthe school site. Please check the school website and school app for further updates. Apologies for the disruption.
Yes, we’re in the thick of trying to work through all the information and guidance whilst working on more learning materials for pupils BUT good news still applies. So, we’re delighted to announce that we have 27 pupils signed up to our first ever SJN DofE Bronze Award!! 👏
Following an assessment of the site this morning and of the roads into Brigg, it would not be safe for students or staff to travel or to be on site. The decision has been made therefore to remain closed today. With apologies.
HE DID IT!!! 🎉🏅
Congrats Mr Belton on running the London Marathon in a time of 3 hours 51 minutes. Superb time and a huge life achievement. We are all so very proud of you. £2800 raised and still counting 👏🏼 🟠

The school site has been assessed and the extremely icy conditions, along with the dangerously strong winds means students’ safety would be at risk if we were to open. Therefore the very regrettable decision has been made to remain closed today.
