We took the day off and had a team bonding dinner today at The Tap in SA. Spending time to enjoy a meal together outside of the intensity and pressure of a workout is very important for the growth of any group. Six more weeks and it’s go time!!! 🏀 🏀 🏀 #RedDragonPride
