It’s been 2 years this month selling on Amazon and I’ve hit 1m in sales! 💰
Year 1
- 173k sales
- 35k profit
- 38% ROI
Year 2
- 827k sales
- 111k profit
- 29% ROI
Year 3 📈📈
It’s now one year I’ve been selling on Amazon! How time flys…
Aimed for 100k sales, so I’ve smashed my initial target.
I’m now targeting 300k+ sales for the next 12 months. ✅
Getting to a point where 2k sales day is the absolute minimum. 💰
Personally I don’t think I’d have got to this stage if it wasn’t for
- dedication
- networking
- VA
- replen & watch list sheets (underrated!)
To continue scaling I’m expanding my sourcing techniques too! 📈
Progress from Q1 last year to now. 📈💰
• Q1 2023
Profit: £12,820
Sales: £60,700
Units Sold: 2,012
Refund %: 4.41%
• Q1 2024
Profit: £33,648
Sales: £267,111
Units Sold: 11,426
Refund %: 2.06%
What a difference a year makes!
Progress from Q2 last year to now. 📈💰
• Q2 2023
Profit: £16,129
Sales: £81,614
Refund %: 6.09%
• Q2 2024
Profit: £43,546
Sales: £351,082
Refund %: 1.89%
The huge standout for me isn’t the sales, it’s the refund %. Massive difference to my business.
Usually I’d keep all profit within the biz and keep it compounding but I’ve decided to treat myself.
MacBook M3 Pro purchased, and it’s a gem. Lovely upgrade 😍
Highest month so far. ✅
I’ve been trying to get that 30k month for a while now. He’s here and he’s beautiful 😍
Consistent 30k+ months with a push to 40k is the aim now.
Having issues scaling up. Sat around 20-25k per month since December.
Need to try to break to 30k+ mark but finding it difficult.
Anyone got any suggestions? Or potentially an OA mentor they would recommend?
2k revenue days have been the norm the past few weeks. Long may it continue.
Initially aimed for 700k revenue for this year (nearly double previous year). However if this keeps up, I’ll be closer to 7 figs!
Need to keep that spend up. 💰
Account Health Rating has increased from 260 -> 700 since November. 📈
Want to know the secret? 🤫
Comment ‘Health’ and I’ll DM you the steps which I took.
Must be following otherwise I can’t DM!
Things you don’t see behind the numbers shown in STK circles.
- Sourcing & prepping until 2am
- Boxes everywhere around the house
- Juggling work & family time
- Constantly exhausted
I need a holiday!
💰 2023 Recap.
⁃Smashed initial revenue target (300k -> 420k)
⁃Net profit 70k.
⁃Networked with other sellers.
⁃Became efficient in sourcing.
⁃Found a reliable Prep Centre.
⁃Admin is better managed.
⁃VA shared for low costs
Now to create 2024 goals…
Just back from a week in Germany. 🇩🇪🏴
Spent zero time on Amazon but the numbers stay high!
A few days of work left before heading to Mexico next. 🇲🇽
April figures.
Personally disappointed but keeping it here for accountability.
A few reasons for this which I’ll keep to myself.
If I looked back a few months ago, I wouldn’t have believed a 3.8k month would be poor but that’s the mindset you’ve got to have.
June Results! ✅
Through the rest of the year I’m aiming for 30k sales per month (slightly missed target here).
Improving units sold (moving towards 1k+ per month) is something I’m looking to do as well.
Stats for this year so far.
• Q1
Profit: £12,820
Sales: £60,700
Units Sold: 2,014
ROI: 39%
• Q2
Profit: £16,307
Sales: £82,303
Units Sold: 2,011
ROI: 35%
• Q3
📈
• Q4
📈📈
On target for 300k+ revenue. Figures don’t contain expenses such as VA salary, subscriptions etc.
All the hard work, staying up late, and exhaustion makes days like yesterday so rewarding. 😁
£5,800 sales. ✅
£1,100 profit. ✅
46% ROI. ✅
183 units sold. ✅
Full December results are gonna be money. But I do need a holiday!
30k loan approved.
Time to scale this biz up to reach my goals. 📈
The only downside is doing it part time (not enough hours in the day!), but seeing some other sellers killing it whilst holding down a 9-5 is inspiring!
Progress from last year when broken down. Aiming for a good start this year to set the tone and reach my goals. 📈💰
• Q1
Profit: £12,820
Sales: £60,700
• Q2
Profit: £16,307
Sales: £82,303
• Q3
Profit: £18,329
Sales: £121,291
• Q4

💰 2024 Goals.
- 700k revenue.
- 100k gross profit.
- Start selling in the US.
- Increase social media activity.
- Travel more.
It’s going to be a great year!
Travelling more this year! ✈️
Booked so far,
🇵🇱 Poland (4 days)
🇩🇪 Germany (7 days - Euros!)
🇲🇽 Mexico (21 days)
☀️ Canaries Cruise (12 days)
Maybe fit another one in at the end of the year if I have any annual leave left!
I often get asked why I don’t resell on Amazon full time. This is the reason.
Sudden account closure. Luckily it’s just a buying account but this still has a number of implications.
No invoices for 1 month+. Therefore harder to chase missing inbound/discrepancies, and screwed
if you're selling an item eligible for Small & Light
And you're close to £9.99
Move your price below £10.00 and above £10.00 to see if its worth selling at a lower price to make more profit based on lower fulfilment fees
You could be leaving extra profit on the table
£300+ days. 💰
Needing to build up the consistency.
Switched up my sourcing as my capital increased. Now focusing purely on OA & A2A.
April is going be a record month. I can feel it already.
Compare these results to last month..
❌ lower profit
❌ lower total sales
❌ lower units sold
❌ lower ROI
But I couldn’t be more positive for the rest of the year.
April is going to be a record month. 💰
Record January incoming. 💰
Just had a text from the Mrs…
I just had posties at the door you need to be home for 5”
“There’s a big truck coming with your stuff they said they haven’t seen an order like it”
Let’s get it!!
Ungating is an absolute nightmare right now. Seems like they just point blank refuse legitimate invoices.
They don’t even accept their own VAT invoices. 🤣
@amznsellerhelp
Slow start to the month but pushing on now. Not too bad for a side hustle and two other jobs. ✅
Sleeping is cheating anyway. 😴
Greatful for the help from the boys

❤️
Crazy to think since May I’m now touching 85k sales for the year, and 5k+ profit just this month!!
Turn 30 tomorrow so spending a few days in Amsterdam. 🇳🇱
I’m going to look back on this tweet in a year to look how far I’ve come. 😁📈

Prep Centre sorted (All Things Prep).
Building the foundations early and the hard work will pay off. Let’s get it. 🚀
The best piece of advice to produce solid results is to network with other sellers.
Honestly I would not have progressed as much without networking with absolute geniuses.
My DMs are open if anyone wants to have a chat (not that I'm a genuis!!). 😁
Looking to delegate certain tasks to an admin VA in the near future.
- Inventory Management
- Seller Central Account Management
- Documentation and Invoice Collection
Stepping away from the tedious side of the business will be a game changer, allowing me to source more
All A2As. 💰
Switched up from 70-80% RA, to 70-80% A2A recently and it’s worth it’s weight in gold.
Even with the few that do brick (inevitable with A2A), it’s still allowing me to get record numbers and scale quickly.
The real money earned from Amazon is in reducing returns, chasing lost / damaged inventory and tracking your purchases for correct delivery qtys.
Leakage is huge in this game!
Only recently started to chase lost / damaged inventory, and clawed back thousands. 💰
I never normally have regrets, but one thing I would have changed in the last year was to aim for a higher ROI when sourcing as non VAT.
The amount of profitable items I could have bought for 40%+ is crazy!
Decided to scale my spend back a little going forward as I’ve been over-leveraging the past few months.
March Spend
- £125,000
April Spend
- £75,000
Need to strike the right balance between borrowing and sustainability, so I’m going to focus on sourcing higher profit
Speaking to coworkers, friends and family about Amazon FBA, and showing them my success so far.
They all think it’s huge numbers for a part time hustle.
I see many resellers in the FBA space who are all crushing it doing 2-5x.
Small fish. I’m just getting started.💰
In a great position inventory wise.
Cut out most of the deadwood this month, and got some really good ASINs.
Should be a quick start for beginning Q2. ⚡️
Getting very close to that sweet spot of ASINs in my inventory (<130).
Going deep on good leads is paying off, ensuring maximum efficiency with prep and admin. ✅
Aiming to get closer to the 100 ASIN mark by Q3.
Coming up for a year I’ve been selling on Amazon. Crazy. 😮
The most valuable step I took was to note down any nuggets of info, from Twitter, YouTube, Discord etc
It’s so important to soak in as much info as possible from people who have already been there and done it!
Return rate is the lowest it’s ever been since changing up my sourcing.
Saving me a ton of time / money so I can work on other parts of the business.
(Screenshot from February so far)
Back to my 9-5 today after 2 weeks off.
I’ve been FT Amazon for the last week since NY which has been a breath of fresh air.
⁃not playing catch up with admin
⁃work more closely with VA
⁃finished tasks that I’ve put off for months
⁃had more free time for family
A little late but he’s my Q1 breakdown.
Total profit does not include expenses such as VA, Prep Fees, Software, Accountancy Fees, etc.
Crazy to think you can get these figures from a part time side hustle.
The aim for Q2 is 80k total sales. 🙏🏼
Mixed in some Retail Arbitrage yesterday. First time in months!
- £450 total spend
- £250 total profit (will likely be slightly less once checked in)
- 1-2 hours approx sourcing & driving
The only negative is I spent more time doing self prep, than I did sourcing!
One of the biggest negatives about non VAT.
When a business asks for a VAT invoice. You send them a receipt.
The following day,
‘Refund Initiated for Order…’
October! ✅
Aimed for 30k sales as I’ve not done much sourcing recently. Happy with the results. 💰
Expanding my sales into different marketplaces this Q4, and also using my first repricer!! Finally.
Met my new VA yesterday. ✅
Buying products from the deal sheet today. ✅
Life is good. Hopefully this can push me to regular 10k months.
VA from
@amztrainingcamp
Crazy progress from last month (65% increase).
VA & Prep Centre sorted this month which made scaling up much easier.
Increased spend ✅
Increased profit ✅
Increased ROI ✅
Increased units sold ✅
Lowered refund % ✅
Bad side of
#amazonfba
that noone speak of. 300+ more unit to go 😂 gotta get back the funds and reinvest. University cost more and teaches you less lesson then this hahah💪
#nevergiveup
#keepgoing
#fbauk
x2 replens I've had for months! 💰
291% ROI ✅
32% ROI ✅
Both can be found in UK supermarkets.
Crazy how the normal consumer buys them off Amazon for 'convenience' yet probably stroll their trolley past while doing their shopping.
