#DeadpoolAndWolverine
was everything I could have asked for in a Deadpool movie:
I’ve never laughed harder at an MCU film.
Marvel fans, you do NOT want to miss this one in theaters.
Marvel Studios has a winner on its hands and my new favorite MCU movie ever.
Thank you!!!
This.
I may have enjoyed Deadpool more PERSONALLY, but it blows my mind that people think She-Hulk “ruined Marvel” for basically doing the same thing.
Get a life.
Oh, you mean a character who in the last 7 years has had…
A 10-minute role in one movie and a five-episode run in an 18-episode animated alternate universe series?
Really? That’s an obsession?
So we’re just….flat out lying now, are we?
-she literally is quoted as saying she’s not worried about the box office
- Musk NEVER tweeted “RIP Marvel,” although I might not put it past him
- Iman Vellani has done everything BUT lose it, and she loves the fans
Just stop it.
Arguably the most comic-accurate representation of any character in the MCU, and it had a ton of laughs.
(Go ahead, come at me, I mostly don't care anymore.)
I'm sorry, but how did Marvel become the poster child for "soulless AI" and "all the same movie?"
Not liking Marvel is one thing. I get it.
But you watch Guardians 3, Black Panther 2, No Way Home, and Doctor Strange 2 (to start) and tell me they're all the same movie.
Try it.
The more I think about
#RobertDowneyJr
as
#DoctorDoom
, the more it makes sense.
What better way to end the Multiverse Saga than with a huge villain who looks exactly like the hero of heroes who used to lead the Avengers?
Dare I say.....I'm all in?
#AvengersDoomsday
#ThorLoveAndThunder
is predictably hilarious yet unexpectedly personal and heartfelt. Christian Bale and Natalie Portman's performances truly shine while Waititi delivers an emotional story. I think this may be my favorite Thor movie.
#AntManAndTheWaspQuantumania
takes big swings, hits on most but not all. Captivating visuals which elevate a fun story, but some stakes were lacking.
Kang is HERE. What an incredible performance from Jonathan Majors
Overall, a solid start to Phase 5!
Just got out of the
#EternalsWorldPremiere
!!! Can’t decide if it’s my favorite 2021
#MCU
movie. Some great action and visuals, expected and unexpected twists, yet another solid
#MarvelStudios
outing. Check this one out!
#Eternals
@TheoriesByT
Tony was literally seen hooking up with a reporter within 5 minutes of being on screen and having flight attendants dancing on a private flight to Gulmira. He would be all for this happening.
#Loki
takes everything that happened in the
#MCU
's first two
#DisneyPlus
shows and takes it to new levels of insanity.
It's an emotional journey bringing an unexpected level of character development for one of Marvel's iconic characters.
Also, Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson 🤌
@LiamTCrowley
Even for the issues I have with the DCEU, I can’t think of anybody else I’d rather have playing Superman, especially with the work and passion he puts into the role.
So, Variety’s not even hiding that they’re in their “we hate marvel, so it must die” phase?
Journalistic integrity at its damn FINEST folks…
And yet, who will be at the next premiere ready to spoil the biggest moments immediately?…
This is easily one of the worst MCU/DCEU takes I've ever seen.
The Avengers was the SIXTH movie in the MCU. And even that one is better than either Justice League by a wide margin. Endgame's in a while other ballpark.
I knew it was going to be good.
I didn’t think it would be one of the 3 best movies in MCU history!!!
#GuardiansOfTheGalaxyVol3
, you are incredible. I have no complaints.
@JamesGunn
, I cannot thank you enough for this movie 🥲 now go kick ass at
#DC
!!!
@willlovesmovies
@KeyWatkins51299
Even with that being the quote, I just HATE these kinds of YouTube channels that will take a quote like that and twist it to fit their own narrative.
Hell, I saw another person literally use an AI picture of her to get her own point about her not looking hot in the film across…
#IAmGroot
is undeniably the most adorable project in the MCU.
Pure fun, pure chaos, and it had me smiling the entire way through.
If you’re looking for something entertaining and easy to watch, with a few surprises, this short series is for you.
The visuals are amazing too!
I’ll never not be amazed by grown adults who think it’s more than ok to say things like this to a 12-year-old.
@_JulianHilliard
keep doing your thing, you’ve got a world of support from the MCU community!
#Loki
Season 2 delivers thrilling action, strong new characters in OB and Victor Timely, and a true sense of suspense through much of the first four episodes.
Tom Hiddleston continues to prove why Loki is one of the best, most-layered characters in the MCU. Can’t wait for more!
#TheBadBatch
Season 3 brings some highly emotional moments, a few fan-favorite characters, and some meaningful nods to the greater
#StarWars
universe.
The first 8 episodes are a great start to what should be a fantastic final season, can’t wait to see the team finish strong!
Thought the first three episodes of
#Echo
were pretty solid. Good action, interesting character work, and I’m hoping for some more thrills and drama in the last two episodes (plus more Kingpin).
The TV-MA rating definitely works here, looking forward to Episodes 4 and 5!
The
#GuardiansoftheGalaxy
Holiday Special, put simply, is incredible.
It's festive and heartfelt, ties up some important
#MCU
threads, and gives the franchise a wild dose of Kevin Bacon.
This is going to be an instant MCU holiday classic. Bravo!
Anybody else getting exhausted with the constant MCU bashing on Twitter?
I get it. It's not everybody's cup of tea, and it has its issues.
But from everything I've seen, there are a total of 30 seconds of footage that seemingly make the entire 40-project franchise utterly crap.
#TheMarvels
was actually a crazy fun movie!
Entertaining as hell, funny, and solid action.
The villain was underwhelming and there were a couple of pacing issues, but this was a winner in my book.
Oh, and
#ImanVellani
for MVP.
Well done
#MarvelStudios
, on to the next one!!!
Just curious about where the hit pieces are on Sony's Spider-Man Universe after Madame Web flopped this hard.
Everybody was ready to bury the MCU after The Marvels nearly doubled this total.
Just saying. 🤷♂️
This motherf***er KNEW what he was getting when he went into that Marvel Hall H panel, and yet he still made sure he was there, taking a spot away from somebody who may have truly enjoyed seeing stuff from both movies.
What a tool. I don't care what excuse he comes up with.
#TalesOfTheJedi
brings an emotional blast to the past that fills in some exciting blanks in the prequel trilogy. Short enough to make for an easy watch while providing intriguing new details about two key players from both sides of the Force. A must-see for Star Wars fans!
I’m finally in my seat for the movie I’ve waited to see for years.
This is arguably the most excited I’ve ever been for an MCU movie, and I’m going in relatively fresh.
It’s time for
#DeadpoolandWolverine
.
LET’S. FUCKING. GO!!!
That’s funny after also hearing a whole crowd of people say the MCU died after Endgame.
Because WandaVision, Shang-Chi, No Way Home, Ms. Marvel, and Wakanda Forever have all been top notch MCU content.
Guardians is just better than most of those.
The MCU lives on.
Here’s an idea for people like this.
Just a thought, really.
DON’T. WATCH. THE. SHOW.
Nobody’s requiring you to see it, and all you’re doing is ruining the experience for people who want to enjoy it.
Oh, and side note - read a comic sometime.
Y'know those weeks where Marvel Studios lets the fandom know where it stands in the hierarchy of the movie world?
This is one of those weeks.
I'm at a buffet on Cloud 9 right now.
Let's go.
#DeadpoolAndWolverine
#TheFantasticFour
#XMen97
These days, when the MCU is the MCU, people complain.
Doesn’t matter what’s different, what’s new, which characters are there, which characters are missing.
When the
#MCU
assumes the audience has seen previous projects and jumps into the plot of the new project, ppl complain that theres too much “homework”.
When the MCU recaps previous projects to catch audiences up to the new project, ppl complain they spend too much time recapping
And yet, the MCU STILL remains the barometer for what everything else is compared to.
Why exactly is it that no matter what movie is being reviewed positively, it always has to be classified as "better than the MCU?"
It really is amazing how often this happens...
I'm sorry, but this is beyond ignorant.
Yes, Secret Invasion was a letdown.
Yes, there have been Phase 4/5 projects that disappointed fans.
But the Multiverse Saga has 2 of my 3 favorite MCU projects and plenty of other winners.
Just for a day, get off the MCU hate train.
@UpToTASK
And I’m sorry, I like the cast as much as anybody, but that tweet coming from THIS guy is really….something.
Personally, I’m beyond pumped for the new cast. And I can almost guarantee it’ll look like he is too when the first trailer comes out.
Made the mistake of looking at the QT's here...
How in the hell have we reached a point where THIS movie is now hated the way so many people hate the rest of the MCU?
Nothing will get me to turn on one of the best superhero movies ever, sorry to disappoint.
This is a disgusting tactic for a so-called “media outlet” to be pushing.
If this came from somebody’s personal account, that’d be one thing. It’d be annoying and wrong, but I’ve seen that.
How this outlet gets any support from anybody is beyond my comprehension.
I know it’s not a huge turning point moment in the show, but just seeing that necklace in
#MoonKnight
was seriously awesome.
I wear a Star of David necklace every day, seeing it brought into the
#MCU
from the comics made me smile.
Can’t wait to see where it goes from here!
Ok, so we’d at the point where superhero movies are now STOPPING other movies from releasing?
We get it. Hating comic book movies is the “cool” thing to do.
People have ALWAYS enjoyed different types of movies, including ones with superheroes in them.
Chill.
#ThorLoveAndThunder
is now 118 days away from its theatrical debut, and there STILL isn't a first trailer.
Only
#TheIncredibleHulk
(93 days) and
#SpiderManNoWayHome
(116 days) have had less time between their first trailer and release.
We're watching you, Marvel!!!
This is absolutely the face of a man who was forced to come back to play Wolverine, right?
There’s not a chance in HELL he wanted to be in the MCU according to the reliable sources of Twitter.
🤦🏻♂️
So you've seen all three movies? They're FOR SURE misses?
I didn't realize we could come to definitive conclusions about movies before they're even made now.
For everybody asking "who the f*** are The Authority?," just think back to 2012/2013 when Guardians of the Galaxy was first announced compared to now.
Now think about the director on both of those movies.
So many people in the film world look down on Robert Downey Jr.'s work with the MCU because superhero movies aren't "real cinema."
Seems like nobody disagrees with those opinions more than Downey himself.
Always nice remembering that actors WANT to do those kinds of movies.
Robert Downey Jr. says his Iron Man performance in Marvel movies is some of his greatest acting work.
"I think I did some of the best work I will ever do, but it went a little bit unnoticed because of the genre."
“Oh my god.”
“Deadpool 3 is going to be another MCU comedy.”
“Marvel sucks.”
“The MCU is dead.”
“Comic book movies aren’t supposed to be fun.”
It’s almost like they don’t know who Deadpool is…
I’m too tired and frustrated with a lot of things right now, so here are the facts.
Madame Web failed because it’s bad movie, which is Sony’s fault.
The same studio made the equally bad Morbius, but you will never hear these idiots say a word about it. Or they’ll blame women.
@Pollos_Hernandy
Yeah I don’t enjoy seeing my articles used by people like this. If Keke Palmer wants to play Rogue, she should have every chance to go for it 👊
If by "destroyed" you mean "saved," then yes, I agree.
Just because you're not a fan of the Multiverse Saga (I'm assuming) doesn't mean Feige didn't head up literally the most successful movie franchise of all-time financially.
It is public knowledge that Keanu has spoken with Feige multiple times about being in the MCU.
This guy has publicly stated he wants to play Ghost Rider.
I get it though. Twitter and misinformation are the combo of all combos.
Do better.
Of the top 50 box office movies hauls of all time, all over $1 billion, 31 of them have released in the last 8 years.
Billion dollar movies are NOT the norm, as much as even Marvel, Star Wars, and Disney make it seem that way.
The Little Mermaid is still going to be just fine.
Why exactly is it that the MCU is the only franchise that actors need to be "saved" from like it's some kind of purgatory that will kill a career?
Outside of a handful of exceptions (some the fault of fans), the MCU works great for all parties involved.
But hey, what do I know?
I loved every single second of this scene, not ashamed in any way to say it.
Being a music school graduate, this hit a special place for me.
Perfectly fun, campy, creepy, and SO comic-book-y.
Bravo, Sam Raimi.
#DoctorStrangeInTheMultiverseOfMadness
@zombiemuffns
Honestly? One of the most level-headed and cool responses I've gotten on this thread, I respect that 🤝
I'm a diehard Marvel fan and I love this stuff. I get it's not for everybody. What I don't get is the people who spend their days hating on it constantly for likes and fun.
@WhitlockJason
Don’t even lie, you would’ve hated it even if they DID recast T’Challa.
And you clearly just ignored the fact that the entire movie was a tribute to a Black man.
I understand it’s not for everybody, but this is sad.
Ok. So Kevin Feige put in over a decade of work to build the most successful franchise in the history of film, but now he needs to go because of one character not being in the MCU?
I just…I have no words. Come at me, Netflix crowd.
To quote my good buddy
@mattroembke
on this one…
Movies are sports.
Sarah Finn is arguably the best talent scout in the industry today and one of the GOATs.
I say trust her. One thing *most* people never complain about with the MCU is casting.
I think it’s a good time to remember that Sarah Finn is one of the best to ever do it. If she trust Pedro Pascal for
#Fantastic4
so should we.
If
#MarvelStudios
knows anything it’s casting.
Nah, I LOVED this scene.
Took me back to my music school days and I loved trying to pick out the notations and what came up in the magic scores.
I always look forward to this scene when I watch this movie.
