(18/21) Our orders moved the price of $TXTM by over 40% this morning, on a size that wouldn't be serious prior to the US restriction. Will do more tests in AM. Citadel owns 90% of OTC liquidity, which means an open route for US platforms should be easy if we can prove demand.

(17/21) We decided to compare US VS Outside orders for once hot, now restricted stocks. We picked $TXTM, why? 1. Volume was down 98% since the CE. It was the most recent I could find. 2. Their management seems to be filings all things necessary to try and become compliant.

(5/21) OTC stocks can move 100s of percent in weeks on ridiculous volume with tens of thousands of retail participants. Then out of the blue, the stock is labeled “CE” & retail clients ONLY IN THE USA are restricted from doing anything except selling, which of course means dump.

(19/21) Final Notes: 1. There exists alpha in the OTC markets. USA retail clients can be hurt by limits in place supposedly to help them. 2. OTC Markets are largely PvP. And, if the largest dealers/platforms don’t support them it's hard & expensive to get anything done.

(6/21) Caveat Emptor (CE) is a fancy word for “Buyer Beware”. OTCMarkets Group sets tags such as "CE" to try and weed through the wild west of Pink Sheets. After a little digging you’ll learn that this is not a federally mandated restriction, it's done by the trading platform.

(8/21) Here begins the experiment. How is it you can go to a casino and get drunk while losing millions but, you can't even purchase a security. My initial thought was, lets let clients trade CE stocks but, have an arduous screening process to make sure they understood the risk.

Why are options frozen? 1. We’re in a crossed market, bids are higher than asks. 2. Orders on chain aren’t being matched at the CBOE level. Actively working to solve this, but it’s across the board and a black swan. Crossed market, first time in an extremely long time.

(16/21) I started taking meetings with a few market makers and firms. I realized routing is expensive because there is no proper infrastructure in place and its self fulfilling in the sense that the largest providers block it so dries up the possible liquidity pool.

Someone asked me to explain the way I used to trade options using their intrinsic value. Here is a LIVE trade example I just took. 1. $SAVE is down 50% on the day and is trading at $7.40 2. The $6 options are trading at $1.50 that means you’re only paying a $0.10 premium.
