🧶Family friend just had cardiac arrest and she told me they restarted her heart. Unfortunately I could not help myself, &explained with citations(she’s a retired science teacher) mitigations to avoid reinfection as could lead to more heart complications. Her: Ok.Thanks. 😑

# 2 One example: Fully knowing I could over do it, and after late night ER visits, hospitalizations; I got landed a Belgium Mal to foster last winter. I had not been DX heart issues yet/ or PEM/POTs but I knew I had to pace. No regrets, but taking care of her those 2 months..
