Every industry has a standard exit multiple range. You can’t control that. You absolutely CAN control WHERE you fall in the range. IT & Digital for example there is a huge difference in a $5M EBITDA company exiting for 6X ($30M), and 14X ($70M) don’t leave $40M on the table
