I had to ask a passenger to repeat herself and she asked me if I was "fucking deaf". Since the pandemic, a lot of people seem to be more rude and less tolerant, like they've forgotten how to behave in public. As it happens, I am a bit fucking deaf, but that's beside the point.

The fake anger is puke-inducing. Literally nobody in 2024 cares about a flag draped over a coffin at a republican funeral. It's a pity he's not more concerned about the tricolour being hijacked and weaponised by ugly racists and arsonists.

Because the car park is busy in Dunnes Stores, Cornelscourt, people think they can just dump their cars in bus stops. I had to let a wheelchair user out at the next stop because there was nowhere to lower the ramp. She didn't mind. She's used to it.

I've never understood why bus companies don't do more to advocate on behalf of the people who use their services. The amount of diesel they'd save if buses weren't queuing behind private cars all day, waiting for "permission" to change lanes.

This mustn't be a problem because @dublinbusnews never complains about it. So, bus times must not be impacted at all by all these cars blocking the bus lane. I know it looks like they'd delay the buses, but they mustn't because surely otherwise @dublinbusnews would say something.

It's doubly true of people in cars. I saw someone almost cause a head-on crash yesterday, because he was too busy trying to prevent a bus from merging from a bus stop into slow-moving traffic to spot that he was now on the wrong side of the road.

I rarely missed Tonight With Vincent Browne, but I can't remember the last time I watched this absolute fucking shit-show. If it wasn't for #CBLive , it'd literally be the worst, the thickest and the fucking dreariest current affairs show on Irish television. #TonightVMT

Also on the programme: 'Baby It's Cold Outside' gets banned on some radio stations and HSE staff are urged not to call patients by anything other than their first name. Have we reached peak political correctness? #TonightVMT straight after #ImACeleb at 10.30pm

Last time I was on the dole, it was €188 a week. I expect many of those who complained that €188 was too generous will now be complaining that they can't get by on €350.

If he's anything like me, #Chilcot will have spent the last 7 years procrastinating, and started the report at around 10pm last night.

'Sir' Bob (rightly) didn't want to be associated with Aung San Suu Kyi, so he relinquished his freedom of Dublin. I'd love to know how he reconciles that stance with retaining an honour received from one of the bloodiest and most rapacious empires in history. #latelate

It took me over two hours to get from DΓΊn Laoghaire to Bray this morning. They really should've taken the roads in last night. #sneachta

@DeAnarchy_33 Thank God for that. Thought you were referring to me for a second there. I referred to those who go to pubs in the middle of a pandemic, when we're being advised to practice social distancing, as 'idiots'. A mild term, considering the risks their selfish behaviour pose to others

A Venn diagram of all the tedious men who'll be making shitty comments about Sinead O'Connor's mental health, and all the tedious men who'll be making shitty comments about Saoirse Ronan's accent. #LateLateShow

"I thought I'd had my share of happiness" - says ex-kerbcrawler Ian Beale - first wife had him shot, daughter was killed by his son, other son shot one of his other wives, half-brother killed a neighbour, mother died and then returned... When was this happiness? #EastEnders
