Those who are doing trading in F&O and belong's to middle class family then request you to stop it immediately before it's going to be late. It will destroy so badly that even you want to leave this F&O but he will not leaves you as strong addiction. Its happened with me in past.

Zindgi main hum kuch galtiya aisi kar daalte hai ki jis se hamari zindgi narak se bhi badtar ho jati hai. Jab mere paas paise tha tab main F and O karta gya or khatam hone pe loan leke karta gaya. Aaj jab sab 0 ho gaya toh bas itna dard hai ki zindgi jeena bhul gaya hoon main.

My downfall was driven by greed, ego, emotion, and revenge trading. My 5 bigg mistakes. 1. Hope trading 2. Trading without proper knowledge (BTST - Buy Today, Sell Tomorrow) 3. Averaging down on losing trades 4. Holding losing trades until expiry 5. Never setting a Stop Loss (SL)

I agree with this but still never ever promote the F&O in any condition to anyone because in the end you will get only unbearable pain that make your life hell. In that situation no one gona help you and even your close one also. Mark my words.

But it’s taught me hard lessons about money. I’ve lost my peace and nearly my future, but I can’t stop fighting. Despite everything, I’m still holding on, pushing forward every day. Giving up isn’t an option, not now. I just hope that one day, everything will be okay again.
