Sukuna confirmed in today's chapter that Ryu was more durable than the current Yuta. Ryu took more damage with the dismantle from the 15F Sukuna than Yuta did from the current Sukuna. With this, we can conclude that Sukuna is currently hovering around 12–15F worth of strength.

Sukuna's technique output has also vastly decreased. So much so that he isn't able to kill Yuta, Yuji, or Kusakabe with just dismantle, as Yuta thinks would have been possible if Sukuna was at full strength. Sukuna is now FORCED to use cleave on them in order to kill them.

Kamutoke confiscation. If Sukuna had access to Kamutoke right now, he would have already smoked Yuta and Yuji inside the domain. Use Kamutoke as not only an offensive attack but also as a smoke screen to blind Yuta and Yuji, catch them off guard, and cleave them up.

Sukuna's fight is leagues better than Muzan's. Muzan's fight contains little to no fight choreography. It's 12 chapters of him waving his tentacles from a spot. Sukuna's Fight features not just some of the best choreography, but also some of the best hype moments in the series.

Other than being a stats nerf, Sukuna is currently nerfed with his fighting abilities too. Sukuna can't use world slash or increase the output of dismantle because of using HWB. One pair of arms is busy holding the HWB, while the other pair of arms is busy deflecting the attack.
