Since the update to 2022 unity changes performance impact on blendshapes, I'm planning to start putting out models with no neck seam. Lily still has a face tracking version even with this change.
I've finished topo and rigging for the body. I am super proud of this but I overworked myself on it😅. Ill be testing and tweaking weight painting in game for a few days and am interested in getting avi creator feedback on the feel because that's the most important thing.

Update on the base: I have the sculpt done, I planned out my topology with zremesher guide, and have started hand topo. I'm using my rig from my Nova body because of the positive feedback about how good it felt in full body. I'm also including a seamless version with my face.

Think I may have gone a little too far with this bikini. Also: Triangulating before texturing will give much more consistent textures when going from blender -> substance -> unity. Unity will triangulate it anyways so most of the time it's better to do beforehand to avoid scuff.
It's very fun seeing how far you can stretch a basic mesh with just texturing. Aside from a discord sub avi, I wont be working on my own projects this month. It's dedicated towards supporting Ky putting out her first model and continuing the Zbrush grind to take that next step up
The first asset I ever release was a pair of pants cut down the side. I felt I could do better 2 years later. I recorded a rougly 1.5hour video explaining step by step how I textured it but I hate my voice so I dont know if I will release that tutorial.

The Deity base is just about ready for sale. Im doing touch ups on textures and am including a version with a seamless neck. My face tracking head will be included free. Im also working on customization blendshapes like this flat foot -> heel option.

Ive gotten approached a few times offering blender renders. Im not interested. I feel like renders lie to customers about the product theyre getting as unity shaders will make the avatar look way different. In game pics are king. 👑
