ACE-i/ARB use in pts that are breastfeeding. Enalapril (or captopril) can be used is what I have read (historically seen/done) ideally after 2-4 wks. If needed, do you use the above agents or others (limiting discussion to ACE-i/ARBs)? If you can wait, how long do you?
