Why does everyone outside of the field of education think that teacher pay does not contribute to the teacher shortage? Teachers with an undergraduate degree should start at 50K at year 1. Teachers with an masters degree should be making $75k at year 1. (Cont.)

“Teachers are now required to complete 80 hours of professional development on concepts of the science of reading, plus a written exam. And without it, an educator cannot renew their teaching license.”

I am tired of watching racists gun down Black people on video. Get sympathy via a fake diagnosis of mental illness. Get defense teams no one in the hood could ever afford. Get called children when they are 18 and up.
