17 years ago today I gave birth to my twins. They were both after IVF. Frozen embryo transfer. I was alone. Their Dad didn’t make it in time. The staff at the Rosie Maternity ward in Cambridge were amazing. The anaesthetist held my hand. They’ve brought me huge joy. Love you.

One woman in this study said she is going to have a party when her periods finally stop. When asked how they felt about having a period - every woman said something negative and many started their answer by talking about their first period which was traumatic. And still haunted

France has changed the rules for elective egg freezing. It's now free for anyone between 29 - 37. Women can do as many cycles and freeze as many eggs as they want. The only cost is €45 storage costs. They have to use them by age 45. There is more than 1 year waiting list.

I’ve been heavily criticised for over 25 years as I’ve said the data supporting PGT-A is not robust. I feel bitter sweet that theres increasing evidence showing it doesn’t work. All those patients who paid for it. Many people have got rich. Stop exploiting infertile patients.

Hi, menopause is not a hormone deficiency. We actually make estrogen, just in lower levels. We can explain what is happening without making it a disease. Because it’s not a disease, shocking to see this as it is literally how Pharma advertised estrogen in the 1970s.

The negative narrative of the #menopause . I’ve had too many conversations with women in their 40s who’re terrified. They feel they’re going to age overnight and life will be terrible. We have to change this. Many women bloom. They achieve more and are happier than ever.
