@LukeDCoffey @TheEconomist I actually saw it with my own eyes, when I visited Ağdam, under Armenia's occupation. Trucks and cars with Iranian license plates were in Ağdam, people would negotiate deals with Armenians and then strip houses of windows, doors, door frames.
